As the Director of the Therapy Services Department, Joanne has really enjoyed developing Physiotherapy and rehab programs throughout the Village to ensure all residents have the opportunity to stay active, stay fit and keep moving. She has 24 years of experience as a Physiotherapist and enjoys continuously challenging her staff to help create new programs, bring forward new ideas and “think outside the box”.

Smriti is Finlandia’s full time Physiotherapist, caring for our nursing home and assisted living residents as well as our joint replacement patients. Before joining Finlandia she worked at different facilities throughout Sudbury (long term care, musculoskeletal clinic). She is a Physiotherapist from Nepal, where she worked for 5 years in different hospitals and has experience working with in and outpatient clients with various musculoskeletal conditions.
